Flow sensors / flowmeters

The SD series of compressed air meters monitors the standardised volume flow of compressed air. It detects four process variables: flow velocity, flow rate, consumption and fluid temperature. The sensor provides reliable process values even under varying temperature and pressure conditions. The high measurement accuracy also enables reliable detection of very small quantities and leakage. Peak, current or cumulative consumption can be easily programmed and queried via a pushbutton-set switching or alarm value. The devices have two switching outputs, which can be programmed as normally open or normally closed. One switching output can also be configured as an analogue output which can be scaled to output the measured value. For consumption monitoring, the other output sends counting pulses to the control system, which can be set directly via the push-buttons on the sensor. In addition, some sensors are also available with parameter setting via IO-Link, for example via a USB interface. The LINERECORDER SENSOR software enables parameter settings to be viewed, duplicated and archived.
