Description of the range

Anaerobic adhesives, sometimes called threadlockers, are one-component adhesives that cure on active metal surfaces in the absence of oxygen in the bond line. Due to the lack of oxygen, these chemicals do not adhere well to glass, plastic or rubber.

Application:

This product has excellent screw locking and sealing properties, effectively solving post manufacturing loosening problems in the wire control industry. Temperature range: -55°C to 150°C. It replaces interference fit with crimping, simplifying and reducing processing accuracy as well as the assembly process.

Instructions for use:

Place the special bearing on the bearing seat or the bearing itself, mount the rotor, gearwheel and pulley on the shaft. Remove the pin and fixing screw. Fit the horizontal drilling shaft sleeve. At ambient temperatures above 23°C, allow to stand for 4 to 6 hours after assembly before commissioning. Below 23°C, wait 6 to 24 hours before commissioning. The strength test can be carried out after 24 hours of assembly. Do not turn the screws over during this period. Clean the grease from the screws, otherwise the locking force will be seriously impaired.
