ESD 830 air dryer with 2 integrated filters

This unit is designed to eliminate traces of water in your compressed air network. It includes two network filters and an alarm device to indicate the need to replace the cartridges if a pressure drop is detected.ESD 830 for 825 m3/hour of treatment .

Air flow characteristics are given in accordance with ISO 7183:

Description of the range

A high-performance refrigeration circuit combined with perfect insulation.

ESD dryers use the environmentally-friendly refrigerant gas R134a. This refrigerant is suitable for both low- and high-temperature applications. Its excellent thermodynamic properties are its major advantage. It operates at a lower pressure than other refrigerant gases, thus extending the life of the compressor. With R134a, ESD dryers have the flexibility to work in high ambient temperatures.Maintenance: we recommend replacing the 2 integrated cartridges every 4000 hours and every 2 years at the most (see table below).
